we will typeset it for free according to priority after receiving the manuscripts. Please ask for the typesetting manuscript in time, communicate us and confirm it until you satisfy. When you receive our manuscripts, please make sure that you check all contents carefully. Once the manuscript is confirmed by both parties to place an order for production, it cannot be modified or returned.
Finalization
Since customized products can’t be re-sold, unreasonable returns and exchanges are unavailable after finalized production. Customized products do not support modification of order information((such as quantity, address, etc.) once they are produced. So please make sure all are exact information before to produce. After proofreading by both parties ,and it is not an after-sales problem if the content of the manuscript is consistent with the production content. If there is any graphic error after production, the responsibility shall be borne by the customer.
Production
After proofreading the final draft, please contact customer service to place an order for production (in case of missing orders), small production cycle the fastest 3~5 days price excluding tax, if you need invoices (plus 8%) or receipts (free), the default express delivery, designated express can contact customer service.
